In accordance with our gift acceptance policy, Totality retains the right to decline certain gifts. We have some restrictions on what we can accept. Please check with the CFO if you are interested in making a donation other than a financial one.

The following are suggested forms of language for use by you or your legal representative when making a Legacy charitable gift through your Will.

General Bequest
A general bequest is one of the most popular ways to make a Legacy gift to Totality Centers, Inc or its Endowment. You simply leave Totality Centers, Inc. or its Endowment a specified dollar amount- I give the sum of $_______ to Totality Centers, Inc., or to the Totality Centers, Inc., Endowment, EIN 80-0392930, a charitable corporation located in Stockbridge, Georgia, for its general charitable purposes.

Specific Asset Bequest
With this type of bequest, you designate Totality Centers, Inc., or its Endowment to receive a specific asset(s) from your estate. Such specific assets may include appreciated stocks, retirement plan assets, real estate and tangible personal property- I give ________ (insert a description of the asset) to Totality Centers, Inc., or to the Totality Centers, Inc. Endowment, EIN 80-0392930, a charitable corporation located in Stockbridge, Georgia, for its general charitable purposes.

Percentage Bequests
A bequest may be expressed as a percentage of your estate or of the residuary of your estate. I give ______ % of my estate to Totality Centers, Inc., or to the Totality Centers, Inc.
